Organizational Consulting

The Creative Source team can help your organization vastly improve its creative and communication capabilities.  Having worked for a variety of corporations, government agencies, and not-for-profit organizations (including medical centers and educational institutions), we can help you assess your needs.  Then we will provide the coaching, training and/or editorial services that best meet those needs.

Our consulting process has seven steps:

  1. initial identification of your organization's needs
  2. analysis of your current levels of innovation and/or communication
  3. development of initial service plan
  4. review of plan--and modification, if necessary
